How It Works
Step 1: Review your list
Each week, RMD will create a list of prospects for you to review – you will be notified via email.
You will log into the web app to review the list. The list will be found under “Ready for Review”.
Check the boxes for all the prospects you would like to get connected with. Once you have finished, click Approve and then Approve again. You can find more details here.
Once the prospects have been approved, RMD will begin sending out connection requests.
Once the prospects accept the connection, their message campaign will begin.
Step 2: Respond to inbound messages
RMD will continue sending the message sequence unless:
- RMD noticed a positive engagement or
- You tell RMD to stop sending the message sequence.
When YOU take over the Conversation
RMD will stop the messaging sequence anytime you receive “engaged messaging”. The expectation is that you take over the discussion from there.
Some people will use LinkedIn’s canned message to reply back such as Thanks. Or Accepted. Or Thanks for connecting. These are considered NON-ENGAGED messages. Don’t respond or do anything. Allow us to send the next message out.
If someone replies back with some sort of action, we consider these ENGAGED messages. We expect you to take over these conversations within 24 hours and we will stop the messaging sequence. Let’s schedule a call, Tell me more, Send me more information, No Thanks, Not interested are examples of ENGAGED messages.
How to stop a Message Sequence
If you would like for RMD to stop sending the message sequence so you can take over, please do the following. Once the sequence is stopped, RMD will not send any additional messages.
A Note About LinkedIn Warnings
As your LinkedIn campaign gets underway, you may occasionally receive a notification or warning from LinkedIn about unusual activity or a temporary logout. This is a standard response from LinkedIn’s automated systems when they notice increased or accelerated activity on your account.
During the setup and early phases of your campaign, we may use a mix of tools, manual outreach, profile optimization, and updates that can momentarily flag LinkedIn’s system—especially if your account isn’t yet accustomed to this level of engagement.
Please rest assured: this is completely normal.
We’ve managed thousands of campaigns and understand how to navigate LinkedIn’s guidelines carefully. As your campaign progresses, we will fine-tune the timing, add natural pacing, and make ongoing adjustments to ensure your account stays in good standing.
Your trust means everything to us, and we’re committed to keeping your LinkedIn experience safe, professional, and effective.
